1) What can I clean with Sunny’s Secret Agent?
Sunny’s Secret Agent is a multi-purpose cleaner that in addition to cleaning carpets, can be used to clean wood floors, countertops, tile, and even works well in the laundry. Sunny’s Secret Agent removes blood stains, red wine, ketchup, mustard, and coffee from cotton with relative ease.
2) How much water should I add to Sunny’s Secret Agent?
Use the dilution scale on the product to determine how much of each to add prior to mixing. If you feel the mix isn’t quite strong enough, you may add more to the dilution.
3) How do I use Sunny’s Secret Agent to clean a stain on the carpet?
If you have a spill, blot up as much as you can with a clean paper towel or cloth. Allow stain to dry. Spray the stain with a diluted form of Sunny’s Secret Agent and brush into the carpet. Repeat as necessary, and vacuum the area.
4) What kind of brush should I use to clean the carpet?
A soft bristle hair brush with boar bristles is recommended for best results.
5) What kind of carpeting responds best to Sunny’s Secret Agent?
Wool or nylon wall to wall carpeting cleans very well with Sunny’s Secret Agent, along with area rugs of similar fiber content.
6) May I use Sunny’s Secret Agent to clean my oriental rugs?
That depends on what kind of oriental rugs you have. For example, if you have hand made, delicate fiber oriental rugs, you should probably call a specialist rather than attempting to do this yourself.

8) My carpeting is ten years old and very soiled. Can you make it look like new with your special cleaning process?
The general rule of carpet is as follows:
The newer the carpet, the higher the grade of carpet, and the newer the stains, the greater the likelihood that it will look like new after cleaning. That said, 99% of all carpets look significantly improved after a Sunny Dri cleaning.
9) How do you determine pricing?
Pricing is based on the severity of the stains that need to be cleaned, rather than the size of the room. For example, the price range per room is $100 - $150 per room. If cleaning major traffic areas only, the price range is $50 - $100, with a $100 minimum.
10) What areas do you go to clean carpets?
Sunny Dri is based in Alexandria, VA, and the general serving area is within 30 miles. Exceptions may be made for large jobs of $500 or more.
